HotBend works like a jet engine by mixing propane and a mixture of air through a four phase cycle:
Intake
Compression
Combustion
Expansion
This cycle not only produces heat, but also converts some of the heat to kinetic energy. The fan shaped heat of combustion has a speed exceeding 100 MPH, mixing immediately with the surrounding air to create a uniform blast of heat at 125,000 BTU.

Say good-bye to costly pre-made bends, custom bends,
and templates for special bends!
Make all your own bends up to 8" in diameter. 45°, 90°, kicks and offsets... the HotBend does it all.
Speedy - Heats up to 40% faster than box benders, with NO warm-up... It saves you hours of labor.
Versatile - Makes combination bends and offsets of any radius and length on any size pipe up to 8" in diameter, even bend up to five 3/4" pipes at the same time.
Safe to use - The interlocking trigger mechanism prevents accidental ignition.
Portable - Powerful, yet only weighs about 3 lbs. Needs no electricity - heats quickly using propane in any weather.

½" to 8" (both schedule 40 and schedule 80)
Simply hold HotBend 10" to 12" from the PVC pipe until it is pliable enough to bend into the desired shape. Then wipe the bend with a wet cloth to "freeze" it into place.
